Waddle’s work is a reflection of her life. Images spring from things she’s seen, heard, or from something weighing on her mind or heart.

Lisa Waddle works with acrylic paints, painting in layers, using her fingers, brushes, sponges, rags, objects for stamping, etc. After applying several layers of paint, an image might magically appear, or sometimes she creates one, images come and go, and colors change, it is a flow process. Waddle is always eager to start a new painting, the curiosity of what will unfold.
