Conrad Bagley started creating artwork while doing art therapy with children and teens in several professional settings in Spokane. Taking this art home and increasing its scope over the last twenty-five years has been very therapeutic. Mediums include painting in acrylic and oils, ceramics, hot glass, welding, woodworking, and fabrics. Inspiration has come from the study of the human perspective on the conditions and quality of mental health, how we choose to see the world and how that shapes our future life to be. Any moment can be frozen and looked at but only from the perspective of our past experiences as we interpret them. Conrad is very active in Spokane’s art scene. His past arts involvement includes: Glass on the Grass: glass art festival director, Cats Eye Gallery Art Gallery owner, First Night Spokane arts chair, Turned Thrown Hammered and Blown producer.
